The Musée Rodin has entrusted gallery owner Akim Monet with the presentation of several iconic bronzes, in resonance with works by Louise Bourgeois, George Grosz, and Henri Matisse, as well as a classical figure from antiquity. In so doing, the Musée Rodin and Akim Monet are honouring the artist's desire to display his work to a wide public, by taking as their starting point the key presentation organized by Rodin at the ‘Pavillon de l'Alma’ of the Exposition Universelle of 1900.
