In accordance with Jean Claude Gandur's wish to make art visible to as many people as possible, the Foundation is committed to long-term partnerships with renowned international institutions. This is the case with the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid, which exhibits the painting Sarah by Jean Fautrier among some fifteen works on loan, or the Musée d'art et d'histoire in Geneva.
In this spirit, the Foundation intends to develop partnerships with other museum institutions in Europe and throughout the world, and thus enable the public, researchers and students to appreciate these works in different but always relevant contexts.
"The idea of building a coherent collection around themes that I consider important to understand our societies and to share them with others has become the fundamental meaning of my activity as a collector." Jean Claude Gandur
